Student athletes can turn in physicals to the trainer at the following times:
Monday, July 24th- Wednesday, July 26th from 8am to 11:30am
Thursday, July 27th- Friday, July 28th from 8am to 11am or 1pm to 2:30pm

For parents of Katy ISD student/athletes enrolling in a new school for the 2017-2018 school year.
The Katy ISD Athletic Department will hold sessions designed to assist parents in completing UIL-required paperwork (PAPF form) for children in grades 9-12 who will be enrolling in a new school. These sessions will guide parents through the forms in order to ensure that the information provided by the parent is complete and accurate.
A completed PAPF form is required by all student/athletes in grades 9-12 who have changed attendance zones and are enrolling in a new school. Incoming 9th graders who attended a feeder junior high and live in the attendance zone of the high school in which they are enrolling DO NOT have to complete the PAPF form.

Two sessions will be offered each day and will begin at the times noted above. Parents will be able to complete the PAPF form as we go thru each item from start to finish. Once we have completed all sections, we will address any additional questions that parents may have. Personnel will be available to translate information in Spanish.
